ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

• Make mold

• Cut/Apply fiberglass over mold

• Place on flat plate with breather and cover

• Attach vacuum fitting and test

• Cook about 4 hours at 300°F

• Remove mold/finishing touches

Breadboard Revision II

ON GOING DEVELOPMENT

• Match the real dimensions of the IMU

• Include a plug for ICSP (In Circuit Serial Programming)

Advised to purchase hardware for working with the Arduino environment

• Allow accessing directly the IMU controller

• Enable modifications on the accelerometer full scale range and IMU firmware

Mounting the VDTS at Hyperion

Visual Basic software additional updates

• Drill four holes in long part of the flanges

• Provide max and average values along with graphs

• Sensor calibration
