description

If the dispute relates to adjoining survey lines, the boundary of the senior survey must be established. If the senior survey cannot be located the recitals in the junior survey are the best evidence of the boundaries described in the senior survey. When evidence on-the-ground conflicts with one another, we must rank that evidence.
