PRINTING TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS FORPERSONALIZING EDITABLE PDF FILES

EDITING YOUR PDFSome printable PDFs are editable so that certain information (name, age, event information, party date, time, rsvp, etc.) can be personalized.

If the PDF contains editable fields, just open the file inAdobe Reader and click on the text to personalize. Then, after you have customized all text, click “save” and print.

If you don’t have Adobe Reader on your computer you can download it for free at www.get.adobe.com/reader.

• Adobe Reader does not allow the formatting of fonts. This means that you cannot change the color, size or style of the text from the preset settings.

• Backgrounds, images and fixed text cannot be changed.

• Restrictions on the number of characters per editable field may apply.

PRINTING TIPSThis PDF printable is sized to be printed on 8.5x11 (standard size) white cardstock or solid sheet label paper to make the designs into stickers.

You can print this PDF from your home printer or at any local print shop (like Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, etc.)

• If printing at home simply select your files and print.

• If printing at a print shop, you can save these files to a flash drive and take them to the print shop to be printed.

• When printing a large format design (for example: posters, backdrops, etc) you will need to print on a large scale printer. Print shops are able to print at this size. Again, bring the file to the print shop via a flash drive or upload directly to the print shop’s website (if they have this capability).

• Print color will vary depending on your printer. Not all printers are alike and I can not guarantee you will get the same exact color result as seen in my photos of finished goods. Colors change from printer to printer.

• Also, the files may not print the same color as they appear on a computer screen or tablet. These screens show a much brighter color aesthetic. Colors may vary slightly from monitor to printed product.
