In-House Capabilities:

Design and Drawing Production: In-house design and drawing for client approval, printing and manufacturing. Reproductions from sketches, pictures and PDF files

Printing: We have the latest UV flatbed, Solvent and Latex printers, we can print on virtually any rigid or flexible media including dibond, glass, foam board, acrylic, MDF and aluminum as well as flexible media for both illuminated and non-illuminated applications.

CNC Router and Laser Cutting: All shapes and patterns in any material from acrylics to timbers,steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys.

Vacuum Forming: Acrylics as well as other plastics vacuum formed to shape. Blow molding for larger domes. Full tool and mold making facilities to clients requirements.

Light Boxes: Edge light acrylic lightbox: Illumination for posters and displays, only 19mm thick, sleek appearance with concealed fixings. Front loading, magnetic face, and easily changed.

Fabric / Textile Light Boxes: Fabric face, frameless, developed for high impact visual effects. Can be custom made to cover complete walls in one continuous piece. Custom shapes can also be produced. Easily changed.

Fabrication: Welding, acrylic and plastic Fabrication, 3D Letters, shaping and fabrication.

POS Displays: Freestanding and shelf displays for retail applications combining some or all of the above manufacturing techniques into a self contained promotional display system.
