9 QUESTIONS

Every week we will be interviewing a member of the Old

Ford community and asking their views on life, the

universe....everything!

This week it is Ahmed from Year 6!

1. Who are you and what do you do at Old Ford Primary

Academy?

I am Ahmed Faraj and I teach 6 Integrity.

2. What is the best thing about working at Old Ford?

I trained to teach at Old Ford and so it has a special place

in my heart. The staff are incredibly supportive and we

always look out for each other and the children in the

school are a constant reminder of why I have always

wanted to teach; they show kindness and support each

other extremely well.

3. Pick 4 words which describe you

Caring, conscientious, calm and cheeky

4. What is your favourite meal?

This is such a hard question...this cannot be answered as I

have about 3423 favorite things to eat, however right now I

am craving Nandos and so I'd have to say: Juicy chicken

thighs, 5 wings, peri chips, rice, halloumi cheese, avocado,

perinaise and nice cold glass of sparkling water.

Mmmmmm

5. If you were a cartoon character, who would you be

and why?

I'd be Goku from Dragonball Z. He is strong, brave,

cheerful and kind.

6. What is your favourite book?

Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts

7. What is your favourite film?

Lagaan...definitely recommend if you have a spare 3

hours and 45 mins!

8. If you were stranded on a desert island, which one

item couldn't you live without?

I know it says one... but I'd take my family photo and

my cricket bat...Wilson 2.0.

9. Do you have a piece of inspirational advice for

everyone at Old Ford?

When bad things happen, remember there is always

something better on its way. Everything happens for a

reason and lastly always be thankful for what you

have; there is no such thing as life that's better than

yours.

RSHE ENGAGEMENT

Thank you to all parents who responded to the RSHE

engagement survey. We will now collate all the

responses from all six Trust schools and present these to

the Paradigm Trust Executive Committee and Directors.

They will be shared with parents/carers in July.
