Transcript of Principal Headliner - March 2017 - Amazon Web Services · all Moms of Sons!! Grab your boys for a...
Beginning in late January and now through the end of the school year, we are functioning in two years at one time. This means, we are continuing to teach and to learn, enjoying winter and spring sports, singing and ringing in Chorus and Hand/Chime Bell Choir, playing guitar, celebrating Mass together, and Oh, so much more… AND we are preparing for our next school year, 2017-2018… We anticipate the passage from grade-to-grade, year-end assessments, sea-son-end sports banquets and the Spring Concert, saying farewell to our 2017 Graduates … This list might make the most stout-hearted among us, weary.
Thanks to all for the St. Rose School promotions on behalf of our parents, teachers, friends, and students, we look forward to welcoming a full TK, a full Kindergarten, and many new students arriving from within and outside of our Roseville and St. Rose/St. Clare/Sts. Peter and Paul/St. Joseph/St. Joseph Marello communities. Please continue to share the Good News AND the good word about St. Rose School, to all you see. St. Rose is a wonderful place to pray and learn, be friends and be leaders, laugh, play, and giggle at Fun Joke Friday, and Oh! So much more!!
Packed inside this issue of the St. Rose School Monthly Messenger, are articles to update you on what will happen as we move into this time of year-end and year-beginning. Read about our policy for addressing year-end financials—outstanding balances for tuition, Extension, fees, scrip, or service point positions; read also about the new processes for Registration 2017-18. Get excited along with your fellow families about all the Parent Club opportunities as well. We are all so blessed.
This coming 2017-2018 school year, the Sacramento Diocese is moving all schools to one tuition management program (FACTS), AND to a new Student Information System (SchoolSpeak). The following elements will be addressed by FACTS: Tuition Management Extension Invoices Tuition Aid Applications
The following elements (and more) will be addressed by SCHOOLSPEAK: Application Registration Emergency Notifications Newslines Gradebook
Registration packets will be going home to each family on March 24, 2017. Please read the Registration instructions from St. Rose School and SCHOOLSPEAK carefully so that you understand the options provided by the FACTS tuition management plan, in particular, your ACH due date options or associated fees (i.e. late payments, insufficient funds…). We are hopeful in providing these new offerings, that we can better serve the families of our school. YEAR-END FINANCIALS:
