2014 Prime, 50+ Healthy Living Expo Vendor Requirements Event Details: Date: Saturday, June 28th, 2014 Location: Holiday Inn Express, Grass Valley, Ca. Event Hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Set-Up: Saturday, June 28th between 8:00am-9:45am. Vendors must be ready by 9:45am. Tear Down: No early teardown. Vendors are to remain in full set up until event closes at 5pm.

Tear down and move out must be completed by 7pm the same evening.

Vendor Classifications / Fees / Permit Requirements

Payment of booth fee must be received by May 31, 2014.

Please include a copy of Sellers Permit/Resale License (if you plan to sell anything at your booth).

Booth Space Specifications: • All vendor outside booth spaces are 8’ deep and 10’ wide, all vendor inside booth spaces are 6’ deep by

8’ wide, unless otherwise stated. • No canopies or pop-up tents allowed inside, but are welcome and encouraged for the outside booth

spaces. • Booth space must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. All trash, trimmings, wrappings,

containers, food and equipment must be removed when vacating the space. Please do not use public receptacles for disposal.

• Booth must be set up on time (by 9:45 am), staffed at all times, and not torn down until event is over. • No space will be assigned without payment in full. Make checks payable to The Union. • Event is a combination of indoors and outside patio area and will be held rain or shine.
