It includes a 2,500-acre cargo and aviation facility; the Southern California Logistics Centre, a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex entitled for 60 mil-lion square feet of development; and the proposed Southern California Rail Complex, which will be a 3,500-acre intermodal complex featuring rail-served facilities.

The High Desert Corridor (E-220) is a vital east / west trucking and logistics freeway linking the greater Los Angeles basin with the High Desert.

June 2016, the Final EIS / EIR has been approved. The population of Southern California is greater than 22 million; and it is increasing at approximately 200,000 per year. Over the last year the employment growth rate for the Inland Empire was substantially higher than Texas.
