COMPANY PROFILE
From the beginning, the company has understood the importance of
providing construction concepts that embrace not only pleasing aesthetics,
but also functionality and client needs. Technology is constantly changing
and we are committed to providing strong design, leadership, and
technical expertise. Emphasis on the importance of satisfying our clients’
needs, quality, budget and schedule are integral parts of our philosophy.
Priceless Preservations Construction (PPC) developed strategies to become
more specialized in its field by targeting specific markets. Recognizing the
need for single source administration to its clientele and by providing overall

5 PRICELESS PRESERVATIONS CONSTRUCTION
We MANAGE THE OUTCOME of each phase of the work effort, beginning
with meeting the client and being awarded the project, ending only after
you are occupying your facility. This “process” is currently used on all our
projects and consists of:
Providing the client with support that has the knowledge, experience
and ability to manage not only the technical output but also our staff
and consultants. We place careful consideration into the selection of
suitable consultants for your project needs.
Augmenting the abilities of the Project Manager with a project team
that will be responsible for the renovations of your facilities. We assign
team members that have the specific experience needed for your
project.
Developing a mutually agreed upon construction schedule, which is
critical for the required flow of information between owner and
construction team. This schedule will identify task to be completed
and prioritizing the client’s needs to ensure all scope items are
completed.
Documenting issues insuring that no item is lost. Each unresolved item
stays in front of the entire team until a resolution is found. Priceless
Preservations Construction conducts regularly scheduled project
meetings to help manage the outcome. Once the schedule is
developed a calendar is established for team meetings and other
activities that must take place throughout the project. We take a
prescriptive approach to managing your project.
