WarrantyIf any product or part proves to be defective within 12 months from date of shipment from the factory it will be repaired or replaced without any charge including freight costs when authorized. Discolouration to stainless steel parts resulting from exposure to harsh environmental and / or chemicals are not considered to be defects in workmanship or material and are not covered under warranty. Costs resulting from the installation or removal of defective products are not covered under this warranty.

Price Policy

1) All orders honoured at acknowledged prices.2) Price in effect at time of ordering on other than stock products.3) All prices approved at Frost, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.4) Minimum order $100.00 / $25.00 surcharge applies on orders less than

Delivery1) Available stock products will be shipped within two working days.2) Non stock products are subject to production. Lead time can vary from 4

to 6 weeks.

Freight1) Shipments are F.O.B. factory.2) Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be reported within 5 days

Terms of Payment1) Net 30 days.2) Shipments will be held on account over 45 days.

Return of Goods1) Frost will accept the return of any current standard product when

accompanied by an invoice that is less than a year old.2) Stock product returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20%.

Additional handling or repacking charges may apply upon inspection.3) Authorization number must be obtained before goods are returned or

shipment may be refused.

The LEED rating system awards points towards the certification of a building through project checklist credits. Frost Products can contribute in the following credit categories: Recycled content (MR credit 4.1 and 4.2), Regional Materials (MR credit 5.1 and 5.2) and low emitting materials (EQ credit 4.2). Listed below are the relevant Frost Product statements for these credit categories.
