MEANING : The care and servicing by personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.

Systematic inspection, detection, correction, and prevention of incipient failures, before they become actual or major failures. Contrasted with corrective maintenance.

THE TYPES OF PROBLEM AND ITS SOLVING !

hard disk not detected.

1. go to the BIOS setup, & change the disk controller setting from AHCI to IDE.

cant hear any sound from computer

1. Try using the Playing Audio troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common problems with the volume settings, the sound card or driver, and the speakers or headphones.

2.Many computers have three or more jacks that connect to a sound card or sound processor, including a microphone jack, line-in jack, and line-out jack. The speakers should be plugged in to the line-out jack. If you're not sure which jack this is, try plugging the speakers in to each of the jacks to see if any of them produce sound.

icon has gone missing from my desktop and I don't know how to get it back

1. click on Start - right-click on My Computer - click on "Show on Desktop"

mouse keeps double clicking on its own almost every time

1.you might to try another mouse 2.it maybe a virus. try scanning your pc with up to date virus scanner. Also maybe the mouse try disconnect the mouse then restart the pc. Last resort is to replace the mouse.
