This should be carried out at least every 3 months. Pre-Loading: Depressurize vessel by switching of control to system and opening outlet valve until system pressure has completely dispersed. Through the pre-loading air valve located on the top or inside of the plastic protection cover verify the pre-loading pressure of the vessel with the help of a pressure gauge. In case there is insufficient pressure, bring back the pre-loading pressure using a air compressor to its initial value indicated on the label or at least 0.3 Bar below the cut in pressure of the pump.

Periodical Maintenance Scheme:

To ensure the duration in time, it is necessary to verify periodically the pre-loading pressure inside of the vessel. This should be carried out at least every 3 months.

Pre-Loading:

Depressurize vessel by switching of control to system and opening outlet valve until system pressure has completely dispersed.
