Excess pressure switches (pic. 4) are connected to the system by threaded (G¼) holes A and B. If pressure is supplied through hole А, hole В is to be closed by plug 1, and vice versa.
It is recommended to install the pressure switch when membrane is in vertical position (such position is adjusted by the manufacturer for correct operation). If pressure switch is installed in a different way, monitoring errors may occur due to the influence of mass of the movable parts. In this case additional adjustment of pressure switch using reference manometer is required.
Pressure switches can be assembled into block units (e.g, in the case if upper and lower pressure limits control is required).

Excess pressure switches (pic. 4) are connected to the system by threaded (G¼) holes A and B. If pressure is supplied through hole А, hole В is to be closed by plug 1, and vice versa.
Under-pressure switches DRD-TA (pic. 6) are connected to the system by threaded hole C. It is necessary to keep one hole (A or B) open (connected with atmosphere).

Under-pressure switches DRD-TA are adjusted only for rise of measured pressure. Therefore they are manufactured only in A version.
Excess pressure DRD-H and under-pressure switches DRD-T are designed for commutation of wattage not exceeding 300 VA (cos ϕ-0,6) at voltage of 220 V for alternating current circuits with frequency of 50 Hz and 70 VA at voltage of 24 V for direct current.

Order of mounting and operation1. Safety requirements during mounting and exploitation according to GOST 12.2.063.2. Before mounting it is necessary to clean supplying pipeline from impurities. 3. Installation of pressure switch of electronic type is possible both on vertical and horizontal pipelines. To
avoid ingress of moisture and steam condensate inside the switch it is also recommended to install the switch with its gland entrance facing downwards..
4. For thread sealing between the pipeline and the housing of pressure switch, it is recommended to use fluoroplastic sealing tape or similar sealing material.
5. Electric mounting /dismounting of the switch should be conducted only when the switch is de-energized.6. Pressure switches of electronic type are connected to gas system by threaded (G¼) holes A and B. If
pressure is supplied through hole А, hole В is to be closed by plug 1, and vice versa.7. Actuation pressure value is set by adjustment knob according to the information scale.8. Actuation pressure can be set more precisely using a standard manometer.9. Electric wires are connected to sensor contacts according to the schemes below mentioned (Picture 23-6).
Connection should be made according to color marking of cable wires. Pressure switches of electronic type have electronic indication devices:— current ouput and transistor switch of structure N (npn — «common +»);— current ouput and transistor switch of structure P (pnp — «common -»);— current and relay sensor.Actuation of pressure switch is monitored by indicator (LED) designed in pressure switch. Indicator turns green
if pressure is lower than actuation pressure (set point pressure). Indicator turns red if pressure is equal or exceeds set point pressure.
