(Shuttle Valve)

This unit allows two input signals to becombined in an OR function.

OR gates control cylinders or valves fromvarious positions and logic circuits.

The OR gate has two inputs (X, Y) andone output (A). The valve automaticallyblocks the non-pressurized inlet. If bothinputs are pressurized, the higherpressure is present at outlet A.

AND Gate

Type ZK-...

Two input signals are combined in theAND function to produce an output signal.

The AND gate has two inputs (X, Y) and one output (A). Output A remainspressurized only if pressure is applied at both inputs. If different pressures are applied, the lower pressure is present at A.

The AND gate is used where two signalsmust be present before a function takesplace in safety circuits, positioningdevices and logic controls.
