Finley was awarded the Certified Career Development Specialist, (CCDS) by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. The CCDS will allow him to teach real estate training courses to existing real estate professionals of Prudential Real Estate. Finley says, “We are excited to offer our sales team advanced training skills as well as additional educational programming. This will allow out team to remain consistent market leaders in both client service”. Finley’s ten years of experience in marketing and communication has afforded him with numerous opportunities. He has been the Blue Ridge PRSA Chapter president and was also nominated for “Advertising Person of the Year” by the Roanoke Advertising Federation. As a great value to the Prudential Real Estate affiliates, he is also a great resource for the Smith Mountain Lake area. Currently he is the manager of advertising, PR, and promotions for the Willard Companies and it’s six subsidiaries. Now to add to his list of impressive accomplishments is the CCDS he earned by successfully completing Prudential Real Estate’s Instructor Training Program. He will be teaching continuing education for real estate agents of the Prudential Real Estate Network.
