Upon their arrival, they observed two vehicles driving reckless in the area. The vehicles fled the scene. Officers were able to get a tag number from one of the vehicles. The tag was registered to an address in the Eastover area. Officers responded to the area and discovered the residence burglarized. After making contact with the owner, it was revealed that the vehicles were stolen from that location. Both vehicles information were broadcast to other units. An officer observed one of the stolen vehicles outside a residence on Broadmoor Drive. The vehicle managed to elude police at that time. The officers later observed the vehicle again around 8:30 P. M. The vehicle wrecked on North State Street near Taylor Street. The occupants were taken into custody and transported to UMC. They are facing numerous felony charges to include Auto Theft (X2), House Burglary, and Felony Fleeing. On Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at approximately 6:30 P.M., Precinct 4 officers
