Presidents Obama & Sarkozy: Birds of a MK-Ultra
Feather Flock Together?
The answer to the question in the title is a resounding ‘No”. Upon a full review of G8 footage, and especially a press conference the two held together and the host’s lengthy minute Summit-concluding Q&A, there is as much of a rift between the U.S. and France as there is between the U.S. and the Royal Family, Britain and Russia.
While there was an unmistakable division between these two staunch allies, the critical question has to be asked whether it was all show for the purpose of political self-preservation. Did President Sarkozy essentially throw the embattled U.S. leader under the proverbial bus to save his own career because there’s going to be the kind of publicity that’ll trigger a Watergate-style
departure and lead to the spotlight of transparency on every world leader who’d joined the coalition?
More evidence now demonstrates that President Obama et al. have
really fallen from grace amongst his international allies. Based on
what was observed during the last week of May during his European
trip much of the rest of the coalition’s public sector partners are
agreeing with the MK-Ultra Gate analysis and believe their departure
from office is justified and inevitable.
If the U.S. leader thought he was going to get a warm reception from
his French host he was mistaken. So much was he in error that when
President Sarkozy refused to look comfortingly into his eyes at the
conclusion of their G8 commencing press conference he reacted the
same way as was observed during his sit-down with his Russian
counterpart. Waves of frustration and, anger filled his face as the two
shook hands and then stepped off the geo-podium [@ 0:58].

Upon the conclusion of the two-day affair on May 27th President
Sarkozy appeared at the traditional Q&A press briefing attended by the
world press where he was peppered with a plethora of questions on a
wide range of topics. During the 42-minute event the French leader, a
coalition partner since July 2007, employed the lexicon a total of 22
times to generate geo-communiqués on a variety of issues.
Not more than a minute had passed before the confidential language
was employed; in this instance to reassure wary partners that while
there’s a scandal of historic proportions insidiously evolving which’ll
tear the coalition asunder to some measurable extent there is still a
consensus on what brought the community of democracy, rule of law,
human rights and free marketeers advocates together in the first
place: Beijing the expanding totalitarian threat and its Canadian
partners and the deployment and global proliferation of stealth
cognition technologies.
We're going to step things up militarily in order to protect [drops head] the civilian population within the framework of [United Nations] Resolution 1973. There is a wide-ranging unanimity [1:12: O-S M.] on the objectives and the specifics regarding Mr. Kaddafi are very clear.
In other words the objectives of containing China’s unlawful ambitions
and fixing Canada’s institutional dysfunctionalities that aid them and
create problems for American national and economic security interests
is very much a go. A few minutes later he goes on to say that the
resolve to achieve these goals is even more substantial; perhaps
because of the realization that the U.S. political constituent of the
coalition had been failing every other partner since 2004 and they’ve
now decided to be more aggressive.
Now as I said yesterday the situation in Syria is totally unacceptable. The attitude of the authorities is deeply shocking. The terms of the language we have used in the G8 communiqué is unambiguous. It condemns totally what is the attitude and the actions by the Syrian authorities vis-à-vis peaceful demonstrators. And this even takes further toughened [5:09: O-S M.; Cl.M.] and hardened overnight in its language.
His first foray into the MK-Ultra Gate scandal comes here, where he
seeks to make the case that the problems it creates can be mitigated
and the reform and accountability initiative can find a new impetus in
this circumstance.
Democracies don't go to war with one another. We want to persuade our Israeli friends that they need not worry of this recent development. Quite the contrary because it will enable [6:29: Cl.M.] negative energy that was being mobilized against
dictatorships to be channelled into positive energy at the service of peace and growth.
When the camera is pointed at the French Foreign Minister and he’s
signalled he’s in the diplomatic corridor he executes a Cl.M. to
demonstrate the Sarkozy government wants to distance itself from
what plagues the Obama administration; adding cabinet discussions
will lead to a clearer path forward for the French political wing of the
coalition.
We can have differences of opinion whether the urgency is June or July. But my Foreign Secretary Michèle Alliot-Marie is going to go to the Middle East [7:10: Alliot-Marie: Cl.M.] next Thursday.
And we will be in a position to take stock [7:15: Erin M.] more precisely of the issue at that point upon his return.
He underscores what every partner’s believed from the date of their
membership – that as much is at stake as during the Cold War.
There is a common declaration of the G8 and of Africa of such considerably important issues. We are in the [8:44: O-S M.] run up to the Durban conference where there is so much at
stake.
His discomfort with the scandal is observed in how he grimaces when
complimenting his U.S. counterpart; and swiftly codifies that in the
assurance that his government’s close ties with the Obama
administration can lead to making up for what was lost through the
distracting piggybacking agenda.
If you want me to say that we follow in the [grimace] excellent footsteps of President Obama I have no problems in saying that.
[14:27: O-S M.] And France is in quite a strong position to do so because we have done everything we could [clip: Alliot-Marie]...
More distance with President Obama et al. is created with this remark:
The Syrian leadership seems to be backing down and backing off. Therefore France [15:03: O-S M.] is criticizing what needs
to be criticized and withdraws its trust.
The first reference to the Canadian lawyer in the press conference
comes when an Italian reporter queries him about his wife’s
pregnancy. She effects an Oprah-Taylor M. which hits him with a
double-barreled realization – one about the Canadian lawyer’s
profound multi-decade losses associated with the isolation-deprivation
issue the coalition promised to address and rectify a gazillion times
and the other how the Fourth Estate of many countries, not just
America, will expose the scandal. First he drops his head and then
engages in what amounts to a ‘mega-cringe’. His next reaction is to
swiftly highlight the catastrophe for President Obama that was his
Medvedev press conference.
Q: In Italy we would be very interested -- I know you don't like to talk about your private life; but first of all congratulations, and do you know if it's a boy or a girl?
Q: Well, you said you didn't want to talk about my private life.
What would it have been if you had [15:58: Reporter: Oprah-Taylor M.] wished to talk about my private life. I presume you would have done so in Italian. Well I in turn congratulate you on being Italian from a country we are so fond of [mega-cringe]. Now on President Medvedev [cringe]...
When he underscores once again the tenacious resolve of the coalition
to achieve all stated objectives he’s putting himself and the credibility
of his government on the historical line. He’s created the expectation
that changes to how the partnership operates will be observable and
measurable in very short order. President Obama’s been making
overtures since the FBI criminal complaint was filed on February 24th
and now three months later he as yet hasn’t done anything.
What matters is that we will defend and support and endorse the Euro and solidarity within the Eurozone. The credibility of European countries is of the essence. We cannot give in on this notion of credibility. And we will not give in [20:17: Cl.M.]. As to the participation of the private sector [O-S M.] there are many ways of going about it without in any way undermining this credibility.
The psycho-pubescent nature of Canadian governance is underscored
– the behavior of those in leadership roles and all the way down the
chain of command to security apparatus personnel who are pushing
the buttons of hypno-torture and directing street soldier assets.
[27:47: Cl.M.] Look, frankly you cannot compare the youth of
Tunisia and Egypt and young people in Spain. I mean, you can only compare like and like.
It’s shocking in the extreme that those whose mentalities don’t exceed
preens and govern like ‘Lord of the Flies’ bullies have the back door
key to consciousness; who’ve been given license by Obama et al. to
rule a country such as Canada, America’s largest trading partner,
engage in enslaving experimentation, torture and surreptitious
assassination, and have international mobility to wreak havoc on
unsuspecting citizenries with or without the knowledge and consent of
their political establishments.
In his answer about the beleaguered former head of the International
Monetary Fund the French chief executive executes a Cl.M. when
referring to the matter of whether he should as a world leader put his
opinion on the record with respect to the MK-Ultra Gate scandal. Here
is where he again distances himself from the Obama administration, in
what can only be motivated by political self-preservation.
One has mixed feelings on the [arrest of the IMF Chief] -- mixed feelings; quite contradictory that belong to each person's
personal sensibility. Therefore, I do not feel that as Head of State I need to or should [31:22: Cl.M.] adopt a position with respect to American justice and the IMF.
He’s Machiavellian enough to predict that when the scandal becomes
an international incident of historic proportions he and his cabinet
colleagues are going to have bulls-eyes on their reputations and
careers because of the close relationship between France and the U.S..
While still on the Strauss-Kahn topic he reaffirms his desire to
maintain a significant distance from the embattled Obama
administration.
Frankly, some of the things I’ve heard made it even more imperative I feel to keep my distance. Certain things we've heard we would rather not have heard. Some things we've seen would rather have not seen. It has nothing to do with politics. It's not a political issue [32:33: O-S M.] -- left, right, majority,
[O-S M.] opposition, whatever.
In an April discussion the Article 7 Institute founder had with one of
the members of the organization’s board of directors he argued that a
determining factor in establishing piggybacking collusion is whether a
government took steps to trace Canada’s embezzled prosperity. One
of the terms of the agreement between the Canadian lawyer as agent
for each public sector partner was them diligently searching for and
preparing the repatriation of that portion of trillions stolen from the
citizens of Canada that was in their country. Leaders who took no
steps whatsoever can be reasonably inferred to have been involved in
the piggybacking endeavor because they’d have known the White
House diplomacy was a fraud. President Sarkozy addresses the wealth
repatriation issue expressly in this passage:
Q: [40:01] Question on Libya. Today there are frozen assets and cash around the world that belong to the Libyan leadership. That's been the basis of the resolution of the U.N. Have you with the G8 talked about freezing these funds to help the TNC with its work, to free those funds up for the transition government? Is it your personal view on this
question?
A: I think it should go quicker. That's my first point I want to bring. The TNC needs the funds. Those are assets that were
illegally held at the foreign banks by certain number of personnel and staff of the former Libyan government or leadership. But there are legal issues here. [40:58: Cl.M.] We are states which have rule of law. Therefore the ends not only have to justify the means; the means have to be proper.
As the partnership is aware, Article 5 of the United Nation’s December
2005 Convention on Corruption establishes a legal regime that
authorizes the seizure and return of plundered wealth. The
international milieu was to ensure that second and third world elites
don’t rip their populations off. But it applies to all nations, including
Canada.
What got President Sarkozy instantly flustered and which a trained
litigator and judge would view as evidence of MK-Ultra Gate collusion
is a phrase used by the reporter in a question: “technology transfer”:
Q: Mr. President, with Mr. Medvedev you announced ... an important sale of technology transfer [33:02: Soledad M.]...
At the core of the scandal beyond two White Houses violating U.S. and
international law is that more than one coalition-membered
government piggybacked on Chinada’s R&D and took possession of the
stealth cognition technologies asset. Here is arguably proof that
makes the case for France's involvement.
What triggered the mid-February epiphany was years of non-stop
fraudulent promises, assurances, guarantees and representations; and
when nothing beyond talk was observed the Chinada High Command
became emboldened.
If the European Union's only foe and adversary was Russia, well frankly I would say the situation is very stable and we can sleep peacefully [34:23: Powell-Cl.M.].
The French leader is saying that the malfeasant won't have the luxury
of feeling confident in that dysfunctional approach any more.
However, if nothing is seen to be done not within months but weeks
then one can with certainty add him and the military and intelligence
leaderships of the French government to the list of colluders. Same
goes for this promise about liberating Canada from the grip of
domestic authoritarianism and Beijing’s joint hegemony:
It was because France was in the presidency of the European Union that Georgia is a free country. We stopped the [Russian] tanks [in Georgia] at forty kilometres -- forty kilometres away from Tbilisi. [35:38: Cl.M.] And Medvedev kept his word.
The use of the lexicon in this next excerpt generates an
acknowledgement that there will be transparency going forward as it
relates to the scandal.
You've talked about a massive technology transfer. What do you mean by massive? You know nowadays, in this day and age,
whatever country when you sell something to them they ask for technology transfer. And if we hadn't done so others would have been only too happy to do so. And I'm thinking about our Spanish friends. So frankly, I take full responsibility for the decision that has been taken. But I never said anything else. There is no hidden agreement [36:22: Cl.M.]
During the closing minutes of his Q&A he (i) compliments the Canadian
lawyer’s country, (ii) confirms one last time the distance that now
exists between the French and American governments because of the
scandal and (iii) in the use of the 'gun to the temple' Richie-Santelli M.
is putting his prediction on the record that the Obama administration is
near its end. Naturally, time will tell if he’s genuine -- a high
probability given the circumstances -- or further perpetuating a fraud
that’s going to cost him and his colleagues their jobs and reputations.
The truth will come out. Of that he's certain.
There's a great evolution, great dynamism in this region. And
every moment spent here in Normandy [42:18: Cl.M.] is special and wonderful. And for all those who love Normandy like all of us. We were dining with the presidents [42:27: R-S M.] quite late. We were on the beach. There was an incredible sky out in front. [O-S M.] And during the dinner we all remarked how it changed colors and changed moods.
