Yes, it’s summer, the NHL began the march towards the Stanley Cup, back on Aug. 1st. Not sure how we did as I write the words. At this point I am still not sure about our season, when and where we will start. But I can’t wait until I am sitting in my seat at the arena, cheering on our boys. I see very positive signs, as we have signed a few new players. I also notice that other teams are lining up their players. I can’t wait until the ice is down. That would make me very happy. I truly hope that you spent the summer free from illness and have gotten ready for the season to start. I can’t wait until we get together for our meetings and or welcoming banquet. I really miss seeing
you all. Because of the ongoing threat of COVID 19 virus most of the AHL hockey operations have slowed down to a trickle, but as soon as it gets back to normal, I am there

As everyone is well
aware, due to the abrupt
cancellation of the hockey
season, the trips to Hershey
and Hartford were cancelled.
As the board has been unable
to meet refunds will be sent
out as soon as we can. If you
paid by check or credit card
and it hasn’t been cashed or
charged to your account, it

Due to the pandemic, it is
difficult to determine what this
season will bring us. Will we
be watching games from home
or will we be back in the
arena? Hopefully, before the
season is over we will be back
in full force. Once back, we
will determine a travel
schedule, and decide if it is
possible to fulfill. Let’s hope
that things will return to
normal in the near future!
For those people that paid
the balance for the cancelled
convention, I can either return
your check or void and
destroy it. I will wait two
weeks after the newsletter
comes out. At that point, if I
have not heard from you , I
will destroy your checks.
