1 cup of hulled and sliced strawberries

2 large lemons pitted and sliced

1 handful of mint leafs.

In a large punch bowl combine the Caliche, port, curaao, fruit

juices and agave nectar, stir until well incorporated, refrigerate for

at least 4 hours. When ready toserve add the ice and garnishes to

the bowl, gently stir in the champagne. Serve in small punch cups.

1/2 oz Apple Brandy

1 tsp Mexican Cinnamon Syrup

2 dashes Apple Bitters

For A Tipsy Turkey Day

Season the turkey with kosher salt & freshly gro

pepper. Place turkey breasts in a gallon-sized bag

with olive oil, coat all of the meat. Add garlic clov

lemon zest and paprika. Seal the bag and rub in th

spices evenly. Refrigerate overnight.

The next day, remove turkey from the marinade

come off it, about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill t

heat, adding charcoal to only one side. When the

place turkey breasts on the sidewith no coals, ski

close the lid. After about 45 minutes, add a small

charcoal to keep the grill hot and brush the turk

glaze. Put lid back down and cook for another 45

brushing once or twice.
