-MONTEITH PARK BLOCK CLUB- THE WIZARD OF OZ PRESENTS SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2012 LOCATION : MONTEITH PARK COME MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS AT 6:30 PM SUPERVISOR MARK RIDLEY-THOMAS POPCORN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A SMALL DONATION WHICH WILL BE USED TO FUND FUTURE EVENTS SPONSORED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION SCREENING STARTS AT 7:30 PM Q: Is the movie night free? A: Yes, very few things in life are free, but this movie night is 100% free – courtesy of the Office of Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, the County of Los Angeles Park and Recreation Department and a few of your fellow View Park residents. We will be asking for donations to help make future events even better. Q: Can I invite friends? A: Yes, you can invite dear friends and family. Since this event is for residents of View Park, we kindly ask that you do not post this event on social media sites and other public forums. Community members are being notified of this event through digital communi- cations and direct mail. Q: Can I bring a snack? A: Please do, we encourage it. Make yourself comfortable. Bring a lawn chair and a light blanket or throw as well. There will also be popcorn available for a small donation. All we ask is that all residents clean up after themselves.
