Presenters’ Guidelines

Provide us with your FINAL presentation by deadline – April 1st

2012.

All Presenters and Co-presenters need to make themselves available for presentation sessions from Tuesday noon, May 29 through Thursday afternoon, May 31. Detailed

agenda will be posted on the Exchange website, closer to the conference.

Think about what parts of your story will interest the audience.

Remember your title & abstract: this is your promise to the audience, they will expect you to tell a story that matches the title & abstract

Always face and speak to the audience.

Be prepared, rehearsed, ready and on time.

Expect and provide time for questions and answers. All presentations will be 45 minutes in length. While typical presentations should be approximately 30 minutes, this will

depend on the specific content of your session. Please plan on leaving ample time (10-15 minutes) for questions at the end of your workshop.
