Revise course syllabi, course content and develop and/or redesign courses to reflect recommendations of the Conference Board of the Mathematical Sciences (CBMS) for the Mathematical Education of Teachers (MET 2001) and the NCTM (2000) Principals and Standards of School Mathematics (PSSM)
Conduct on-going workshops for mathematics and education faculty using MET and PSSM documents which include the NCTM Curriculum Focal Points
Enhancement of Current FSU Middle Grades Mathematics Program
Redesign the field experience of middle grades mathematics majors in the local Professional Development Schools (PDS)
Set-up a mentoring program for middle grades mathematics majors
