2. Insurance companies contribute to society by offering protection to families through life,
health, wealth and pension plans. 80% of Indias population does not have insurance cover & as
a country we have been ranked 2nd in the world in the list of potential insurance market
(Reason: High % of non-insured population). This is coupled with the fact that almost all Indians
are under-insured.

Recruiting & training advisors and stimulating them to generate business
Building a strong foundation by hiring the right quality of advisors, thereby ensuring your

Conducting joint sales calls with your advisors to train them on selling skills and assisting them

An advisor -
