1. To reach the college goal of 1,000 more students per year on a signed pathways contract over the next 3 years
2. To give these students free tuition and books so long as they meet the requirements of their pathways contract, including integrated academic support services
3. To sustain the program at a stable rate (3,000 students per year) even if grant funding is not available
4. Of the 1000 students, at least 50% are expected to complete and graduate after two years
• Students are eligible if:• They are a graduate of Riverside Unified, Alvord Unified,
Jurupa Unified, or a private school in one of these districts and graduated from high school in 2017.
• They are determined to finish in two years• They are committed to attending full time (12-15 units
each fall and spring semester for a total of 30 units)• They are eligible to enroll in English 1A or higher or a
college-level math course by the fall of 2017• They are a California resident or eligible by
AB540/Dream Act status• Their home college is RCC
