What you need from counselor will vary
1. One application with 456 members
2. Two essays required

4. Counselor part MUST be MAILED at NVHS

Complete “NVHS Transcript Processing Form”
Take your transcript request form to the Senior House or Frontier Office
Attach a stamped addressed envelope using NVHS as return address
Counselor will complete, secretary will add transcript and mail the application

Be sure your college needs a letter! Allow 2-3 weeks when asking for a letter Fill out the “Student Information for
