FACE TO FACE COMMUNICATION

I

n the future, there will be more widespread face to face

communication mediated by technology. Products like Skype and

Face Time accomplish this currently, but it should be use more

regularly in the future.

T

his technology can be very useful in educations for students that

are home school or also for those that are taking summer class

online this could students in touch with the professor with out

wasting valuable time with traveler or delays.

FUTURE TECHNOLOGY

I

n only a few years touchscreens we have develop a way

to add touch screen in our smartphones and tablets

these changed the way we interact with humans and

machines. In the next few years we’ll see an explosion of

touchscreens invading every part of our lives. We would

add touch screen in to clothes, watches ,tables

restaurants , refrigerator.

MEDIA SYSTEM DEPENDENCY THEORY

T

he media system theory says individuals’ needs, motives, and uses of media

are contingent on outside factors that may not be in the individuals’ control.

T

his theory would explain how the touch screen table at restaurants maybe

adopted by society.

P

eople will be depending on this table to eat at their favorite restaurants.

Restaurants will be depending on this save money on labor. Parents will be

depending on this table to keep there kids entertain while the food is being

prepared.

USES AND GRATIFICATIONS THEORY

T

his approach focuses on why people use particular media rather than

on content.

P

eople find it satisfying to have face to face communication with other .

Because face to face communication is gratifying, holograms may

become more popular with people as the technology advances .

T

here for the use of gratifications theory may explain why holograms

will be an important communication technology in 2022.

UNIVERSAL WIFI

I

n the future entire cites and states maybe connected to the same

internet . This would allow for seamless connection among people

and devices . Instead of being limited to building or work space for

internet , people will be able to connect everywhere.

Critical Mass Theory says that widespread usage creates universal

access, a public good that individuals cannot be prevented from

enjoying even if they have not contributed to it. Thus , the

widespread use of wifi will lead to universal wifi in the future.
