What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

Publishers

IPC media is the UK’s biggest and most well known digital and media publisher, so by using this publishing company for my magazine it would ensure that my magazine would do well and hopefully become well known, it would be more likely that my magazine will be seen by successful people. This publishing company publishes famous magazines such as NME, now, look, teen etc most of these magazines are aimed at females meaning it would be perfect for my magazine.

Distributors The likely distributers of my magazine would be large shops and supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrison's etc. also smaller off licence shops such as one stop,

spa etc. I would also think about targeting shops such as H&M and TOPSHOP as that’s where my target audience are likely to shop.
