CustomsCustoms This holiday is not for all people, it is only

celebrated by the Celtics.

Some customs and traditions that occur during and before Samhain are, harvesting pumpkins and crops, worshiping God, having a feast, and celebrating the new year.

The reasons for the customs are: that it’s the celebration of the dead, farmers harvest crops, and people celebrate the new year.

Samhain is similar to Halloween because it is also celebrated on October 31st, and both go trick or treating and dress up.

Samhain is different from Halloween because it is a public holiday and Halloween is not.

ConclusionConclusion

The thing I find most interesting about Samhain is that it has been a tradition for thousands of years and it is still going on today.
