Founded in 2012, PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L. has its headquarters in Parma in Piazzale Balestrieri 31/A inside

the Eurotorri commercial complex.

The operating section is located in Via Dell’Artigianato 2/a, Q.re Spip, Parma.

The Group is made up of the following companies:

• 55% owned by the PVS Fulfilment Service GmbH Group, a service company linked

to ecommerce, with office in Neckarsulm, Germany, which has been operating in this

sector since 1991. It has just on 600 employees and owns 8 warehouses in Germany

with a total surface area of 100.000 m2, plus a branch in the Netherlands with another

10,000 m2.

• 15% owned by Log-Man International S.r.l., with office in Milan, a consulting

company specialised in logistics and international transport that has been operating

in this sector since 2007.

• 10% owned by La Giovane S.c.p.A., a cooperative with office in Parma, that has

been operating in this sector since 1973 and has just on 900 partner-employees.

• 20% owned by private partners operating in companies.

PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L. is a partner of B2C Europe Italia S.r.l., a

company specialised on an international level in shipping (by mail and

courier) and management of returns.
