Quality Assurance is an auditing process which is based on planned quality management, results of quality control measurement to ensure and reinsure through change requests that all the recommended quality standards, operational definitions and visual signs are used.
Quality Control is the process of monitoring and recording all the results of quality performed activities to check executed performances and inform for desired changes.

Defining Process
QA illustrates the method of test to be carried out with best possible tools, environment, like fabric GSM testing in normal room temperature with dry hands, blades not rough to maintain test accuracy.
Inspection
It is the examination of product condition and work completed on product during any processing stage, to given assessment of development as per given definition, parameters.
Selection of tools
Project requirements and best practices, procedures, knowledge from expertise are gathered which are integrated to make the process better and efficient while assurances tool are injected during fabric processing to make the desired running product more streamlined.
Checkpoint Review
It is necessary QC must verify and validate the deliverables. After reprocessing the fabric or approving the processed fabric it is verified and validated with process.
TrainingTo make QC and production team work on best efficiency based on given fabric parameters, its important teamwork and sequernization of process training must be given.

QUALITY CHECK LIST Project / Product or services / Operation checklist is a
collection of executed workouts results use to confirm all the quality parameters or defined instruction are followed as per standard.
Considering textile fabrication, Cost of quality required from check list is also an important part, sometime complex checklist as compare to simple may workout but sometimes to reconfirm the fault came from fabrication department, not from garment division, so detail data be required for special small quality fashion orders.
We can also say; a checklist is a structured tool, usually component-specific, used to verify that a set of required steps has been performed.

QUALITY MATRIX We can say quality matrix is a measuring tool specified
in quantitative or qualitative terms to evaluate project or product attributes and quality control measures it with acceptable given tolerances. Tracking of quality matrix gives is us sensitive quality assessment data which can be used to access weak and strong portions of product and processes, so improvement activities can be carried out.
