The International Demining Center of the Russian Federation Armed Forces

The International Demining Center of the Armed

Forces of the Russian Federation was founded on August

1, 2014, on the basis of order № D-39 of the Minister of

Defense of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2014 and

contains by state 12/075 approved by the chief of the

General staff of May 29, 2014.

Training of specialists in the field of detection, neutralization and destruction of IED, ground

demining, mine search service (use of MSS), using demining robots.

Training and retraining, professional development of the Armed Forces specialists from the CIS and

other foreign countries, which have an agreement with the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

Training of subdivisions for international forces of detection and deactivation of IED, demining of

objects in the course of peacekeeping and humanitarian operations under the UN and other

international organizations.

Realization of the most difficult tasks which require high qualification in ground and objects

demining, completion of tasks as a part of international demining groups outside the Russian

Federation.
