ATS Features
End user view (improve system adoption)
It feels like the real application
I can build confidence without risking damaging the system
It’s available 24/7
It’s available in my language
Content developer view (reduce cost and risks)
I can re-design/edit a simulation rapidly
I can anonymise / localise data content
I can translate content and simulation screens
I can be ready before the application is deployed
I can simulate parts of the application that do not even exist yet
I can easily maintain huge amounts of content
Improve End User adoption, whilst reducing project cost and risk
Accelerate system deployments…

ATS Demonstration

ATS Benefits
ATS has little or no competition when Plan…
Wants to find a proper alternative to the
training environment (replace the
sandbox)
Needs to deploy hundreds of training
materials in numerous languages (even
more if the application is multilingual)
Needs to tailor simulation data
according to the audience, or
anonymise / localise sensitive data
Has to start building the training
material whilst the application is still
going through some changes
Wants to keep hundreds of training
materials up to date during lifecycle of
the project and application, with minimal
effort and time to do so All these benefits are specific to
using Cloning Technology

Assima Change Management (ACMS)
The Assima Change Management Suite (ACMS) is a
collaborative, change project environment used to drive
organisational adoption of new systems and processes. The
ACMS is organised into three components which support the
business throughout the application deployment lifecycle and
prepare the community for the new system implementation and
training. It is available in multiple UI languages.
