Read texts (books, internet, newspapers) Listen (interviews, TV, radio, news) Write (emails, letters, express your opinion,

for/against essays, book/film review)

“English File Upper-Intermediate, Third Edition”, Oxford University Press with Workbook

Two original books in English to choose from:

-The boy in the striped pyjamas, by John Boyne - The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime,

by Mark Haddon. -The Number 1 Ladies detective agency, by

Alexander McCall Smith. -The five people you meet in heaven, by Mitch

Albom. -Any of Agatha Christie’s novels.

1) Book 1: write a book review to be handed in by 20th January 2015.2) Book 2: for class discussion or book review first week May 2015

In October: “permuta”, look for another student who wants to change with you (there is a list on a notice board, steps to 1st floor) then go to Secretaría and talk to the teachers

Later: talk to the teacher of the class you want to change to and go to Secretaría.
