Gastronomy Vovem Paseo Marítimo is a benchmark for the

new culture of meat. Thanks to the creativity and professionalism of our chef Enzo Díaz Villanueva, we offer you a la carte menu full of nuances, where you can choose from more than a dozen beef breeds, from the most prestigious breedings, including the famous Wagyu (Kobe). You will also find fish, seafood brought from Galicia, rice dishes, or a selection of the best European cheeses. As well as a winery with more than 200 references to adapt to any need. A wide variety of dishes that honor one of the hallmarks of this house: the select quality of our products.
