What would happen if you turned the whole System upside-down?

Mille Lacs Band Family ServicesStatus as of April 2010.1. In 2010 there was 188 children in

out of home placement.2. There was a projected shortfall of

255,000 dollars in billable service.3. Termination of Parental Rights were

still occurring.4. High percentage of children were in

Residential Treatment Centers.

seen less than 2x’s a month.2. Plan of Cares were on average

being updated on a yearly basis.3. Children were not finding
