Steps for getting started ➔ Define issue and location

What is an issue/problem you are passionate and want to learn more about ? Where do you and your team have connections/support? Domestic and International proposals are encouraged.

➔ Identify stakeholders and partnersConsider collaborating with a team of students, UF organizations, and staff who work on the topic/place. Are there local community groups or past projects to build on?

➔ Develop planUse a whiteboard or scrap paper to creatively think about the problem, activities, vision for the project. You should have an idea of what you want to do before you sit down to write the proposal.
