Qualifying Criteria
Qatari Company
• Commercial Registration (CR) as a Qatari Company (Qatari Company will be stated on CR)
• Local experience in Qatar for a minimum of 2 Years in infrastructure construction works
Joint Venture
• Minimum 50/50 with a Qatari Company i.e. at least 50% Qatari Company Partner
• Companies must be true Partnership and not a Prime/Sub-contractor arrangement
• Joint Venture Parties shall be Jointly and Severally Liable with Shared Profit & Loss
• One or more Qatari Companies may take part in the Joint Venture agreement, but collectively Qatari Company share must be at least 50%
