LIFEHe was born on the 23th September in Madrid. He started in the world of fame not as a singer but as an athlete. He played as a goalkeeper on the soccer team Real Madrid. But he had a car accident and he began to play the guitar and listened to the radio.

He only played the guitar, he didn't sing, but a producer said him ' Why you don't sing?' and he started to sing and to be famous with his music. His first album was in English and Italian. He was married with 2 women.

Life:

Mireia Belmonte García (Badalona, Barcelona, 10 noviembrer 1990) is a European Spanish swimmer, world champion and double Olympic medals, competing in the categories of style: butterfly and freestyle. He has participated in two Olympic Games. At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and competed at 17 Olympic Games in 2012, where he won two silver medals.

Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra

LifeLifeMiguel de Cervantes Saavedra (Alcalá de Henares, 29th September, 1547-Madrid, 22nd April 1616). He was a Spanish soldier, novelist, poet and playwright. On 7th October, 1571 he participated in the Battle of Lepanto, where he lost his left hand.

Work:

● He wrote novels like “Don Quijote”, “The Galatea”, “Persiles and Sigismunda's jobs”, etc, and poetry like “Journey to Parnassus”.

International significance:It is considered one of the leading figures of Spanish literature and universally known for writing “Don Quijote”, which many critics have described as the first modern novel and one of the best works of world literature, being the most edited and translated book of history, after the Bible.

CAMILO JOSÉ CELA

LIFE

Camilo José Cela Trulock (La Coruña 1916 – Madrid 2002). Spanish writer. When he was young he composed poetry but his literary personality development like as protist. For his literary merits, King Juan Carlos he awarded him the Marquis of Iria Flavia.

WORKS

His works are based:

Long novels, short novels, storys, fables and notes, articles and essays, travel books, poetry, romance and other types.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORTANCE:

In 1942 he wrote La familia de Pascual Duarte and in 1951 he wrote his most famous novel La colmena. Awarded , among others, with the Prince of Asturias Award for letters, Nobel Prize for Literature and the Cervantes Prize in 1995.
