GROWTH: E.C. INTERNAL MARKET

European Commission > Growth > The European Single Market > Public Procurement > E-procurement > European Single Procurement Document and e-Certis

Free ESPD service provided by the European Commission

ESPD data model, which enables integration of the eESPD service into national e-procurement solutions/pre-qualification services

Open source version of the first option, i.e. of the eESPD service. The open source version is compatible with the ESPD data model and some elements can be adjusted to take into account national needs.

Virtual Company Dossier (VCD), which allows the buyers to handle the eESPDs (like the first option) and the tenderers to benefit from an automated filling-in of the eESPD.

CEF-TC-2016-1: E-PROCUREMENT

Aggregators or providers of pre-qualification systems to include the ESPD

Implement a "customised" ESPD service into existing software solutions via the:

a) integration of the ESPD data exchange model

b) reuse of the open source code provided by the European Commission

The call will help pave the way to the uptake on the ESPD service, which will significantly reduce bureaucracy in public procurement both for contracting authorities and bidders.

BUDGET… for eProcurement generic services is €4.5 million.

Selected proposals of 25 countries + EU, recommended CEF funding 26.218.174 €

QUESTION:

As the EBA, EIOPA, ESMA, ECB, IFRS, Business Registers.... are already embarked in the use of structured formats

Might it derivate in suggestions or recommendations for the European Single Procurement Document?
