Studies and risk analysis using Hazop, LOPA and SIL
SERVICES-ENGINEERING
We rely on our certified personnel to perform HAZOP studies for basic and detailed
engineering.
We provide our customers with the latest and most innovative
methodology concerning semi-quantitative risk analysis, which
allows to determine and assess risks in a rational and reproducible
way by means of LOPA studies. ("Layer of Protection Analysis").
We conduct SIL studies (“Safety Integrity Level”) which cover the security of facilities, the
security levels of the different protection barriers and the most adequate SIF arrangements
("Safety Instrumented Functions") in order to reduce fatal accidents, loss in terms of materials

Mechanical Discipline
o We develop conceptual, basic and detailed engineering as well as construction solutions for
process plants, production facilities and surface installations.
o We carry out the design of both horizontal and vertical static equipment, such as
atmospheric storage tanks, fractionating and distillation columns, furnaces, reactors,
spheres and LPG cylinders, heat exchangers (Tube & Casing, AES / AET, AEU / BEU,

Likewise, we must highlight our expertise in the area of
pipelines, carrying out works such as:

fire protection systems (anything from codes and
specifications to calculations among other works).

Layout, floor plans, isometric perspectives, sections

We carry out the design and development of the required
control systems of a project (along with the process
disciplines) to list, manage and control each of the loops that
are required to ensure the adequate control of the plant.

buyers, sellers and other team members involved in

Process Discipline
We execute the development of basic and detailed
engineering in the area of processes within industrial
plants. We also take part in the development of associated
utilities systems (sealed drainage system, relief and
venting system), from the preparation of the operating
philosophies to the development of the operation manuals.
We run hydraulic simulations for water pipelines, carry out
calculations of hydraulic pumps, and also carry out
calculations and sizing of heat exchangers. That is, among
many other works.
We carry out mass and energy balances, and put in use

Electricity Discipline
We carry out the design, development and installation of the electrical and power system in
industrial plants, oil & gas plants, LNG satellite plants, renewable energy and water treatment,
using the most advanced and renowned tools (ETAP, EDSA, SKM Power Tools).
We develop both the engineering areas concerning the electricity transmission system
(transmission lines, high and medium voltage electrical connections) and the distribution
system (design of electrical substations, atmospheric protection system, earthing system,
illumination system) as well as calculations regarding the electrical system (load flow analysis,
short circuit, motor start-up procedures, coordination of protections).

Civil Discipline
We are a broad technical team highly experienced in the
branch of civil discipline:
We execute engineering works applied to industrial
and administrative buildings, roads, highways and
racks, developing the designs and calculations of
steel and reinforced concrete, foundations, drainage
systems, earthmoving works, retaining walls and
equipment supports, as well as the creation of the
paths, roads, railways and oil and gas pipelines.
We carry out engineering design to then be able to
develop "underground“ calculations, structural stress
calculations, topographical surveys and support
system studies.

SERVICES - INSPECTION
Ultrasonic inspections
As a provider of specialized services to the oil and
petrochemical industry, we run inspections via
nondestructive testing methods (NDT), including the use of
ultrasonic inspections in pipes, welds, metal structures, to
detect internal leakage in heat exchangers (using Eco-
pulse technology, transmitter-receiver, angular and
normal), B-Scan presentations as well as A-scan, both at
high and low temperatures.
We comply with the main quality standards and have
highly qualified members in our team (Levels I and II of
NDT personnel according to ASNT (SNT-TC -1st
recommended practice)).

We are experts in carrying out thickness measurements
via the use of non-destructive testing methods
(ultrasound), more specifically, we specialize in
measurements concerning storage tanks and cryogenic
LNG, pressure vessels, piping and steel structures.
We have highly qualified personnel and we comply with
the main quality standards in Levels I and II of NDT,
according to ASNT (SNT-TC -1st recommended practice)
and develop A-Scan, B-Scan and C-Scan presentations
digitally both at high and low temperatures.

SERVICES - INSPECTION
We specialize in lubrication audits for dynamic
equipment, taking into consideration the collected data
with regard to the type of lubricant, the analysis of the
associated problems caused by poor lubrication, the
optimal storage in order to avoid contamination, the
optimizing oil stocks of oils and their homologation.
All this, has as its final aim the increase of reliability in
lubrication processes and the maximum optimization
to ensure cost reduction in the areas of maintenance,

o We carry out the design and supply of heat exchangers equipment of the widest range.
o We have EPC project experience, carrying out calculations under the TEMA regulations
(The Tubular Exchanger Manufactures Association) / ASME standard.
o Thanks to our business partners we are able to assess the technical
specifications needed to provide the necessary engineering services
associated with the procurement process at both a national and

SUPPLIES – HANDLING SOLIDS
This type of equipment is designed bearing in
mind the factor of granulometry of the material
which is to be transported. Depending on the
grain’s size, we design the mechanical properties
to enable the adequate handling of the solid (or
whatever material) is being transported.
