Did you know that 40% of PC Perks replenishment orders
ship on the 20th of each month? To set yourself up for
successful re-orders and maximize your potential March
Lead The Way miles, reach out to your PCs and answer
any questions they may have about their upcoming
order.
Stay on top of your auto-ship orders. Use the Pulse
"Performance" tab to check when your PCs' monthly
orders will run. To get a list of all your PCs who still have
pending orders in March, simply:
1. Visit the "Performance" tab in Pulse
2. Select the "Auto-Ship" report from the list on the
left
3. Select the "PC Perks" tab
4. Select "View More Filter Options"
5. Select "Pending"
6. Select "Run Report"

Set Yourself Up for Reorder Success with
Exceptional Customer Service

Whether you are actively building a loyal PC following or
coaching team members who are, increasing PC
retention is key to strengthening the foundation of your
business long term as you Lead The Way. One best
practice of Consultants with thriving PC businesses is
carving out time every month to contact their PCs to
answer any questions about their upcoming orders and
ensuring their PCs have the right products in their cart.
We recommend setting aside time between the 21st and
23rd of each month to pull a report of all PC
replenishment orders for the upcoming month. To access
this information:
1. Log in to "Pulse"
2. Click "Performance," "Auto-ship" and "PC Perks"
3. Click "Run Report" for the current month and all
replenishments orders for the next month will
show as "off month"
Use this information to personally reach out to each PC
seven to ten days before their scheduled order. Since the
five-day order reminder will also come from the home
office, you want to make sure our e-mail is just a
reminder and not a surprise. Remember, they are
supporting you and your business so reaching out
personally in advance of their order is a great Customer
service touch point and a reminder of why they became
PCs.
