The UNI Experience
At orienta on, UNI students are introduced to the concept of career readiness. UNI Career Services helps students get ahead by managing their future early in their academic pursuit. With a model called 322, the idea is simple: every student must be involved (leadership, student ac vi es, etc.), gain work experience in the field they want to enter (internships, job shadow, related part‐ me jobs), and do well academically. The 322 is a guide that reminds students they need to have a combina on of experiences to find success. Most o en, the 3 is academic, 2 related experiences, and 2 leadership/student involvement ac vi es. UNI students work hard with over 90% experiencing their profession prior to gradua on, 80% growing in leadership and teamwork, all while holding an average 3.2 GPA.
Where UNI Grads Work
