    Purpose This unit standard covers drawing and interpretingdiagrams used to document the operation andconnection of instrumentation and control systems.

    People credited with this unit standard are able to:

    prepare diagrams of industrial measurement andcontrol systems; and;

    interpret diagrams of industrial measurement andcontrol systems.
