This is the scenario:

An IT-project has been finished.

In hindsight it became obvious that the solution did not deliver the expected business value – let alone any additional, unforeseen value.

Actually, only about half of the potential business value was tapped.

This is your assignment:

Revisit the project: If you were the project team and you were facing these issues, what would you do…?


Work as a team

How will you compare with the other teams in the room and what have they been learning?

Around the simulation board, analyse events as you go through the project phases managing and mitigating events as they arise.

Measure you progress and your ability to work together - capture any learning as you go.
