Refining Our Approach
You and your teachers gave us
feedback:
• You want clearer roles and guidance for implementing professional learning in your school
• You want more time to work with and learn from colleagues
• You want more differentiation
We have learned new things about new
Standards (CCSS, CAS, and ELD) and
Assessments (PARCC) over the last year:
• Expected rigor of content• Areas of primary focus from standards underlying the
assessment maps• Teacher and student fluency of technology is both
exciting and alarming
