Across The Waterside, buildings and streetscape resonate with the legacy of Royal Worcester. Berkeley Commercial is dedicated to ensuring that this heritage is remembered. Regeneration is key: wherever possible, original buildings are being carefully renovated, leading to the sympathetic renaissance of the now largely redundant sites.

In the Severn Street area, the names of the buildings refurbished as commercial premises evoke images of porcelain production: Slip House, Saggar House, Throwing House… The accommodation within, however, bears little resemblance to the porcelain works of old. While benefiting from the preservation of original character features, each hasbeen purpose designed to meet all the needsof the 21st century workplace.

The Portland Walk area offers a landmark new building fronting the canal. With a fully glazed façade offering views over the water, Warmstry House makes a dramatic statement about the company that works within.
