Overview

The Premium Agent Websites Module allows agents to create their own websites with a variety of great features. The selected components will control the appearance, content, and features that are displayed on the website. Some of the benefits and features of this module include:

Accessing the Login Screen

To access the Premium Agent Website’s Control Panel, copy and paste the following URL into the internet browser and sign in with your GTS ID: http://admintool.gabriels.net

Then, click on Premium Agent Websites in the upper right corner.

Setting Up Your Premium Agent Website

Step 1 – SELECT A TEMPLATE

1. On the View Templates screen, click Create a New Template.

2. There are two formats within the Premium Agent Websites design library to choose from, either Empire or Skyscraper. Preview each layout while using the Filter by Theme radio buttons to apply different colored themes.

3. Once you have made your selection, click the Select button below the template.

The templates are available in 5 different themes – you can toggle through to preview each option.

Step 2 – EDIT YOUR TEMPLATE

Your Home Page Layout determines how the various containers are positioned on your website. These containers allow you to add content and widgets that include custom content, photos, text, hyperlinks, and HTML. In the images below, you can view sample widgets such as agent profiles, property searches, featured listings and video showcases. Template 1: Skyscraper

Step 2 – EDIT YOUR TEMPLATE (cont.)

You can modify a widget by placing your cursor over a particular area and clicking Edit. You will notice that each section will have its own set of options or sub-tabs. Listed from the top of the screen to the bottom:

Homepage Image Rotator

1. Hover over the top left corner and click Edit. 2. Click Edit Homepage Image Rotator to view your set of images. You will see under each picture

the option to make a photo Active/Inactive, Edit text or a URL to be displayed, or Delete it altogether. You can also upload a new image by using the Add Image option. Drag the photos to rearrange the order. If you have modified information, be sure to click Save.

3. Once you are satisfied with the rotator, you can select Finish Editing to save and apply the changes or Cancel to exit.



Navigation

Hover over the navigation bar and click Edit to modify the navigation menu items and manage custom pages using a user friendly WYSIWYG.

Organizing the Navigation Menu Items

1. Drag the title up or down to rearrange the order of the navigation menu items. 2. Drag right to indent and make the menu item a sub-menu. 3. Once you are satisfied with the changes, you can select Finish Editing to save and apply the

changes or Cancel to exit.

Edit Navigation Menu Items

1. Hover over and click on the navigation menu item that you wish to launch the edit screen.

2. Once you are done with the changes, click Apply. 3. Select Finish Editing to save and apply the changes or Cancel to exit.

Modify Page Name to update the title of the navigation menu item.

Click APPLY to apply the changes

Click DELETE to remove the navigation item from the navigation bar



Add New Navigation Menu Items

1. Click on Add New Page 2. Select Page Type

3. Enter Title of the navigation menu item into the Page Name field 4. Click Create 5. Select Finish Editing to save and apply the changes or Cancel to exit.

Custom Content (Static Pages)

1. Hover over the Navigation Bar, then click Edit 2. Select Add New Page 3. Select Custom Page as the Page Type

4. Click on CREATE 5. Enter content 6. When finished, click Apply to exit the WYSIWYG. 7. Click Apply on the Edit screen or select EDIT PAGE to modify the page. 8. Select Finish Editing to save and apply the changes or Cancel to exit.

Select from a list of predefined Page Type: My Listings – quick access to Agent’s

own listings. My Profile – pre-populated agent

profile page using data from CREST. External Link – user defined URLs,

such as links to external sites or within the agent’s own site (property search results page, etc.

Custom Page – custom static content.



Widgets

For containers that allow insertion of portable widgets, you can insert any of the predefined widgets or add custom widgets for text, images, and HTML. Each template comes with a set of pre-selected presets; you may choose to publish your agent site with the pre-selected presets or personalize the settings for the widgets.

Organizing the Widgets

1. To reorder the widgets, select the Section Container 2. Click on Edit Section 3. Select Reorder Widgets

4. Drag left and right to reorder the widgets 5. When finished, click on Finish Reordering



Modify Presets and Basic Settings

1. Hover over the widget you wish to modify, then click on Edit. 2. Click on Preset Formats to select a new preset, or

3. Click on Basic Settings to modify the configurations for the selected preset.

4. When finished, select Finish Editing to apply the changes.



Replace Presets with a New Widget

1. Hover over the widget you wish to modify, then click on Edit. 2. Click on Remove Widget

3. Once the selected preset is removed, hover over the Section to add a new widget. 4. Click on Add Widget to view and select available widgets and presets.

5. Click on Add Widget to add selected widget and preset to the Section. For available widgets, please refer to the Appendix.



Design

1. Click on the wand icon to expand the Design settings. 2. Choose desired color theme and font.

Settings

1. Click on the settings icon to view the menu. 2. Select SEO and enter the Meta Data for the homepage. Click Apply to save the changes.

Tips: List your name, company name, coverage areas and specialization in the Meta Data.

3. Next, select Statistics and input your Google Analytics Key. Click Apply to save the changes.



4. Click on Finish Editing.

Step 3 – SAVE YOUR TEMPLATE

Once you have gone through each step and completed the setup, click on Save to add the new template to your Premium Agent Website Control Panel. Once saved, you can refer back to your template at any time and make changes if necessary. When ready, select the template you wish to launch, and click on Publish Template to publish the site.

Click on PUBLISH TEMPLATE to publish the selected template.

Add unique content focused on Agent name on Homepage. Use customized Meta data and add unique content to the application pages – property landing

page, Agent’s listings page and contact page. Agents should create their own content, so they can differentiate from the affiliate/corporate

sites – such as static content, blog, etc.



APPENDIX

Widgets and Presets

Property Listing Widget

This widget displays selected property listings in various formats – Video or business card format.

Available Presets:

1. Luxury Properties – Business Card A gallery of sales listings priced at $1 Million and above; office listings (and Sotheby's

network listings) will be listed as placeholder if agent's own listings do not match the criteria.

2. My Sales Listings – Business Card Agent's own sales listings presented in business card format; office listings will be listed as

placeholder if agent's own listings do not match the criteria. 3. My Sales Listings – Video

Video showcase of Agent's own sales listings, office listings will be listed as placeholder if agent's own listings do not match the criteria.

Presets are widgets with predefined configurations, the configurations can be modified under the Basic Settings menu.



Available Configurations for the Property Listing Widget:

1. Source Option to include agent’s own listings, broker’s listings or entire inventory from the broker

site. Set the listing sort option to display agent’s own listings first then broker’s listings.

2. Search Options Choose between sales or rentals listings.

3. Attributions Display options for the listings, including option to hide listings price, price reduction

percentage, display only featured listings/new construction listings/open house listings. 4. Specific Location

Filter listings from specific locations – state, county, city or neighborhood. 5. Title

Modify title of the widget 6. Price Range

Filter listings by specific price ranges

Property Search Widget

This widget offers the ability to search for properties including a variety of filter options.

Available Configurations for the Property Search Widget:

1. Search Options Enable the search for sales or rentals listings.

2. Title Modify title of the widget.
