Pop up bars & connectorsThe 4-way Hub
The Pop up system’s 4-way hub ensures complete modularity between system and graphics. It allows you to connect with magnetic bars from all four directions - enabling you to place graphics across any part of your system and to have single quad panels.
A truly unique feature of the 4-way hub is the ability to join two systems together via magnetic bars linked horizontally. A graphic or fabric “ghost panel” can then be attached to give a smooth continuous join between the two linked systems. A Classic curved can be linked to a Classic flat or a 300 (curved or flat) as they all have the same 4-way hubs at the same height.

Pop up bars & connectorsMagnetic bars
Magnetic bars add stability and strength as they are an integral part of the system. The front magnetic bars allow panels to magnetise onto the concave part of the system, while rear magnetic bars allow connection to the convex.
The straight 781mm magnetic bar is also available with slots running down its’ length. This is for the inclusion of shelving or product showcases on magnetic systems. Where shelving is not required standard bars are supplied as these will not allow any light to pass through panel joins.

Premier bars & connectors: Examples of use
The illustration below shows two frames linked by three 747mm curved magnetic bars to create a ghostpanel. This effectively gives a system 5 panels wide. If it is to be an island site, rear curved bars can beadded to the back of the frame and panels then applied to complete that seamless look.

Pop up bars & connectorsCustom height displays
Premier bars & connectors: To create custom height displays
Custom height displays can be created by using a combination of bars, connectors and 4-way hubs. Thismeans that the system can be built higher without the use of framework.
Fig. 1& 2 - Show that straight 400mm connectors have been inserted into the top of each of the 4-wayhubs.
Fig. 3 & 4 - Demonstrate that further 4-way hubs are attached to the top of the connectors and straight781mm bars are added horizontally between the connectors for stability (The same has beendone at the rear of the structure, so locking arms can be placed between the front and rear4-Way hub added for stability).
Fig. 5 - Demonstrates that any straight connectors and bars can be used (up to 781mm) to createadditional height.
Fig. 6 - Shows that once the additional connectors and bars are in place, custom height panels shouldbe hung in the usual way.

Pop up bars & connectorsHorizontal hinge
Premier bars & connectors:Hinge - horizontal connection
An alternative method of linking frames is by using Premier hinges. Premier hinges clip into the 4-way hubsin the same way as magnetic bars. They allow greater flexibility, enabling them to be positioned atwhichever angle is required, up to 180º rotation. Premier hinges can be used to connect any standardheight frame to another, whether curved, flat, Premier Classic or Premier 300. All mini frames can also bejoined to each other in the same way.

Pop up bars & connectorsVertical hinge
Premier hinge: Vertical connection
Linking Premier frames to other Premier frames vertically can also be achieved through the use of thePremier Hinge. It slots into the top 4-Way hubs of each frame, enabling you to position other frames ontop to add height to your system. However unlike the horizontal connection, you cannot hinge flat framesto curved frames or classic frames to 300 frames. The frames being linked must be of the same type.
When using the hinge to link vertically you must insert hanging pins into the slots of the hinge to enablegraphics to be put in place.

Pop up enhancementsTowers
Premier enhancements: Towers
Premier towers come in a variety of shapes and forms and can be made up using a combination of singleor multiple classic or 300 frames standing alone or hinged / connected together back to back. Mosteffective in larger spaces, towers are a great way of enhancing your exhibition stand design by usingPremier pop-up framework.
The square towers below are comprised of four Premier 300 frames linked together using hinges.
