Starting on July 15, 2019 the business online banking system web address (URL) is: https://eastwest.bankonline.com/rwd-web/logon If you continue using the prior URL, you will be automatically directed to the new URL (listed above). However, to ensure uninterrupted, we recommend that you update your bookmark to the one above (after July 15, 2019).

WIDGETS

We’re happy to introduce a few new widgets with this system upgrade. These widgets will allow you to access information quicker and save time within the system.

o Quick Transfer Widget: Quickly initiate funds between two deposit accounts You will continue to have access to the following Dashboard widgets:

o Account Balance Widget o Shortcuts Widget o Balance Chart Widget

The Reports Widget will no longer be a separate widget on the Dashboard. All of your customized reports are available under the “REPORTS” menu tab.

ACCOUNTS

1. QUICK HISTORY VIEW Preset historical date parameters are now under the “VIEW” drop-down menu. Using the “Last 30”, “60”, or “90 Days” presets allows you to quickly filter and search your account history.

Transactions on the Account Activity page are separated into “Pending”, “Posted”, and

“Scheduled” categories.

o PENDING: Transactions in-process by the bank, not yet deducted from available account balance

With an updated page layout, you can effortlessly review your Current Day and Prior Day

balances from your Account Summary list.

The total of all the account balances will reflect at the bottom of the page.

Account Summary display with balances and transactions from previous business days.

Click on the “ ” to expand account historical balance records. Ledger dates showing in

red indicate multiple transactions for that business day.

There’s now a quick and easy way to download your transactions from the Current Day and

Prior Day Detail pages. From the menu bar, simply click the “Export” quick-action button

and select your preferred file format to begin your download.

Account Activity page, you can preview basic loan note information.

Or simply click the “ ” sign on the “NOTE DETAILS” section to review more detailed

balance and transaction information.

PAYMENTS

1. SIMPLIFIED VIEW FOR

PAYMENT CENTER &

TRANSFER CENTER

Payments within “PAYMENT CENTER” and “TRANSFER CENTER” are sorted into two (2) categories (“ALL” and “PENDING”) based on the transaction status.

o ALL: All payments initiated through online banking. Statuses include: Confirmed, Failed, Received by Bank, Rejected, etc.

o PENDING: Payments that are pending approval or scheduled for a future date. Statuses include: Scheduled, Overdue, Pending Approval, Partially Approved, etc.

The “VIEW PROCESSED” quick-action button is available for you to quickly and easily review all of your processed transactions.

Our “US Dollar (USD) Wire” workflow is now more streamlined, with options to select either “USD Wire” (Domestic) or “USD International Wire”. By indicating the type of wire you want to send, the system will update the required fields to help complete your payment.

INTERMEDIARY BANK

When sending a U.S. dollar wire to an international recipient, our default intermediary bank will be prefilled so that you can quickly process your transaction. If you need to use another intermediary bank, you can always choose to enter the bank information manually or search from the full bank list.

This system upgrade now allows you to search for and review images of your deposited items which were returned. From Image Search, you’ll simply select “Return Item” under the Item Type drop-down menu.

To ensure all system alerts are sent to an authorized email and phone number, your system administrator must first grant you access. After your contact information is added to the system, you will be able to manage your alert delivery preferences.
