Kearny Mesa General Plan
The Kearny Mesa submarket is in the process of completing a new General Plan. The goal of this plan is to bring Kearny Mesa into the 21st century by enhancing it as a central county employment hub and increase its housing opportunities. The new plan should be approved and implemented in 2020. The Convoy Portfolio is scheduled to be rezoned to Urban Employment Village - High (up to 109 residential units/acre).
The Dixieline lease (3.72 acres) has a 12 month right to terminate clause if Landlord decides to redevelop the site as residential.
